Easy digital temperature sensor communicating on RS-232 interface with simple text protocol.
It does not need a powe supply, the sensor is powered from serial PC port.
The sensor can be used solo, but it was developed for connecting to he measuring unit Poseidon.
Software for solo PC using for example here.
Using:
Measured temperature is sent directly in °C with simple text protocol. The sensor sends the temperature value regularly (in adjustable interval), or as an answer to the request according to the specified protocol type Request-Answer.
The temperature sensor uses for temperature measuring the intergrated element with ± 0,5°C accuracy. A control is placed in the connector bushing, which signals actual temperature measuring by a blink.
